About MAU Library
The libraries at Maharaja Agrasen University (MAU) serve as integrated knowledge resource centers that support academic excellence, research, and learning. As of July 2026, the libraries house a collection of 30,365 books, including donated and specimen books, periodicals, national and international journals, and other academic resources.

  • NDL (National Digital Library): All MAU students are registered. NDL hosts over 10 million items by 3 lakh+ authors, available in 70+ languages. An initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).
  • World e-Library: Access to global digital resources.
  • J-Gate Subscription: Provides access to multidisciplinary e-journals and e-books.

  • Library Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Extended hours during examinations based on demand)
  • CD Collection: Approximately 650 educational CDs
  • Separate Reading Areas: Dedicated spaces for research scholars and faculty for quiet study
  • Open Access Facility: For students, faculty, and staff
  • Fire Safety: All library buildings are equipped with fire detection alarms
  • OPAC/Web OPAC: Users can access library collections via MAU’s OPAC portal (accessible within the campus)
